Directions for use
After shampooing with Glow Lab Volumising Shampoo, apply to wet hair and gently work through hair. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze moisture from hair before gently towel drying, then style as desired. For optimum hydration and protection, support with Glow Lab Hair Mask 1-2 times a week, or follow with Glow Lab Leave-In Conditioner at every treatment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling RM2,200 or above (excluding tax and discounts).
Shipping Coverage:
Valid for orders delivered within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Orders below RM2,200 will be charged shipping fees based on volumetric weight and location.
Express delivery, cold chain transport, or special handling may incur additional charges.
Dispatch Time:

Tracking:

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Products must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the return approval date.

Provide the invoice number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, return the item(s) using a tracked service to the address provided.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted for eligible items based on stock availability.
If a replacement product is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, expired, or damaged upon delivery.
For approved refunds, original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
