Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any import restrictions or additional fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and restricted supplements, may be subject to local regulations and import restrictions. If any item in your order cannot be shipped due to regulatory reasons, we will notify you and offer alternatives or refund the restricted products.
Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if no one is available to receive the parcel, our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- After the third failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to Nex Pharma.
- Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order during business hours.
