How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry lips at least 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Water-resistant up to 40 minutes.
Cautions:
Over 90% of Lip Balms end up being consumed after application so we made sure that all our 100% natural ingredients were edible. However, we still recommend they be used for external use only.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling RM2,200 or above (excluding tax and discounts).
Shipping Coverage:
Valid for orders delivered within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Orders below RM2,200 will be charged shipping fees based on volumetric weight and location.
Express delivery, cold chain transport, or special handling may incur additional charges.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Delays due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Bulk B2B shipments may use third-party logistics or LTL freight where applicable.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Products must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the return approval date.
Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:

Cold chain / temperature-sensitive items
Final clearance / short expiry stock

Provide the invoice number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, return the item(s) using a tracked service to the address provided.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted for eligible items based on stock availability.
If a replacement product is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, expired, or damaged upon delivery.
For approved refunds, original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
